What does wellness mean to you?

For Sága’s founders, wellness involves trauma healing, racial justice, and a respect for the harmonious dialogue of energies in nature.

CEO and Chief Wellness Officer Ivor Edmonds leverages a Master of Applied Healing Arts from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly the Tai Sophia Institute) and two decades of experience serving traumatized, oppressed and marginalized populations to offer a unique, trauma-informed perspective.
