Body Work
“Of all the gifts we can give to people, the gift of our touch is one of the most priceless. Through our hands we convey a kind of radiance. A warmth seeps out from our inner fire, a wrap for someone's chill, a light for another's dark.”
— Jan Phillips

Foot Reflexology
with Jeanne Demers of Realize What Matters Mentoring
The relaxing benefits of foot reflexology can help increase blood circulation, promote better sleep, improve mood and fight depression, alleviate swelling and generally, make your feet healthier. Learn more about Jeanne, including how to contact her, below.
Jeanne Demers is a Certified Tapping into Wealth Coach and Foot Reflexologist who founded “Realize What Matters Mentoring” to help others realize matters to them, what's in the way of realizing it, and how to eliminate what's in the way of realizing it fully.
Jeanne began as an actress and turned into a writer who channeled her love of the arts into the formation of a nonprofit, Realize Arts & Education, Inc. She used the hero’s journey story structure as the basis for mentoring young people and championing the ‘Great Girl Voice’ in the world. This led to co-authoring and illustrating the teen-inspired self-help book, FLAWD - How To Stop Hating On Yourself, Others and the Things that Make You Who You Are, named by Oprah’s Book Club as “one of six self-help books that really helps.” To further help young people experience greater self-esteem and self-acceptance, Jeanne certified as an EFT-Tapping practitioner, knowing it to be a simple and effective tool for uncovering and clearing limiting beliefs.
Jeanne now uses Tapping to help adults clear what’s blocking them from earning at the level they want and creating wealth with it (learn more about that here).
