Emily Dexter guides her clients to vibrant health by leveraging nutrient-dense foods as the primary medicine for healing.
As a certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, her food-first approach and passion for wellness applies her knowledge and professional training, as well her personal journey and study over two decades. Emily earned her degree from the Institute For Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where she learned new principles in the areas of mindfulness and meditation, nutrition, sustainable living and regenerative agriculture. She is currently studying for her Functional Nutrition Certification, which bridges the gap between theoretical information about the root of disease and the foundations of health and clinical practice.
Emily offers her expertise to individuals and/or groups looking to address: hormone imbalances and dysfunction; autoimmune and thyroid-related dysfunction; gut health and its effect on all areas of health; sustainable weight loss and more. As a mama of two, Emily also specializes in childhood nutritional needs and setting a strong foundation through first foods.
