Healflow Yoga

Ivor’s “Healflow Yoga” practice is a slow Vinyasa-based flow that works its way up and down the body using carefully selected postures to target the twelve major organs, the lumbar, thoracic, cervical vertebrae, and the complete kinetic chain to promote natural and healthy function from the inside out.

What you will need:

  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move.

  • Yoga or pilates mat.

  • Blanket and props (the practice is designed to be “prop-less,” but feel free to use what you have).

What you will need:

  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move.

  • Yoga or pilates mat.

  • Blanket and props (the practice is designed to be “prop-less,” but feel free to use what you have).

Need a quick and gentle stretch? Try the Spinal Sequence.

The Spinal Sequence

The Spinal Sequence is a quick-and-gentle 20-minute stretch that targets the lumbar, thoracic and cervical vertebrae, and by extension, the complete the kinetic chain (knees/ legs, back, spine and neck). It's great for loosening up a tight back or hamstrings, or just as a gentle wakening for the body.

This practice is suitable for all participants who can lay down on their back.

  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move
